The star-studded movie premiere normally reserved for New York or Los Angeles instead took place in our very own backyard Thursday with the A-list cast of “The Dilemma” — including Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, Winona Ryder and Jennifer Connelly — walking the red carpet inside the AMC River East movie theater.
It was only appropriate to hold the world premiere in Chicago. The comedy, in theaters Jan. 14, is set in the Windy City and filmed here over the summer. [Source]
I added a few pictures to our gallery, and thanks MaryJane for the HQ ones.
Here’s a new promotional “The Dilemma” interview, this time with Winona:
The long list of nominees for the British Academy Film Awards have been announced and Winona is one of the fifteen chosen for best supporting actress, sharing the list with Amy Adams, Mila Kunis, Helena Bonhan Carter and others.
The longlists are made up of the 15 contenders in each category, chosen by BAFTA members in the first round of voting, which closed Jan. 5. In the second round, voters will select the five nominees, to be unveiled Jan. 18.
The BAFTAs will be awarded on Feb 13.
This Thursday at 6:00pm, Chicago native Vince Vaughn along with co-stars Kevin James, Winona Ryder, Jennifer Connelly and Channing Tatum will be attending the world premiere of the new comedy, The Dilemma, at the AMC River East movie theater.
Additional celebrity appearances are expected for Thursday’s premiere, and the movie is expected to make a nationwide release Friday, January 14th.
Thanks Jennifer Connely Fan for the heads up!
Check the video below for an inside look, with lots of Winona (sadly, not on interviews…), thanks to FoxAllAccess
Editing the post to add a few HQ captures I did of the video.
