“Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown has been nominated for Best Female Actor in a Drama Series at the Screen Actors Guild awards for the second year running. The British actress, 13, beat her co-star Winona Ryder (who plays Joyce Byers) to the nomination, despite both of them being up for a nomination in the same category at the SAGs last year.”
Well,as a self confessed Winona Ryder “Noni” fan, I’m just so,so, disappointed in yet, as I perceive it anyway, another slap in the face of an Incredibly Talented actress, who has been overlooked, yet again,…and the question has to be asked, WHY?.
I’m not going to go on about it,but I just wanted to say my piece…Winona played a Wonderfully Convincing role as a grieving Mother in Stranger Things,1 And 2, and it would of been nice, this time round, for her to be recognised/nominated for her performance, but yet again,Nothing!!
Having said all that, and I think I speak for the vast majority of Fans who visit this great site….Whatever Winona does in the future ,we as her Fans, will support Anything and Everything she does, because she is quite simply, Amazing!!!
Thank You Noni.
